01 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cv663 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cv663 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions, and any other services made available at cv663.net. 08 Account Suspension & Closure

cv663 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has violated these Terms; the player is engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; the player poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players; the account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory inquiry; or the player is a minor.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered contact details as soon as practicable. cv663 will endeavour to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate its findings to the player. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any held funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account may be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their cv663 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any remaining balance that is eligible for withdrawal will be paid out to the player's verified payment method. Self-Exclusion
